Psychotherapy services for young people
If you’re here, chances are something’s been weighing on you. Maybe it’s anxiety that won’t quiet down. Maybe school feels like a battlefield — or your friendships do. Maybe you’re dealing with grief, big life changes, or you're just feeling lost and unsure about what’s next. Whatever it is, you don’t have to go through it alone.
Therapy is a space where you can show up exactly as you are — messy thoughts, big feelings, all of it. No judgement. Just someone to talk to who listens, really listens, and helps you make sense of what you’re going through. It’s not about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you feel more like you again — more grounded, more confident, more in control of your own story.
We can talk, vent, laugh, cry — or not talk at all some days if that’s what you need. There’s no right way to do therapy. You set the pace. I’m just here to help you figure things out and remind you that what you’re feeling makes sense, and things can get better.
Sometimes, talking indoors may not be what you need. Outdoor nature therapy might be a good fit. Being outside can help you feel more relaxed and in ways that sitting in a room might not. Nature has a way of calming your mind and helping you feel more grounded, whether we’re walking together, sitting under a tree, or just being in the moment. It’s a peaceful way to give your mind the space it needs to think and process what’s going on without the pressure of “talking it all out.”
If you’ve experienced something tough — a trauma, a loss, or something that still feels like it’s holding you back — EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) therapy can help. EMDR is a way to help your brain process those stuck memories or emotions that might feel like they're constantly looping. It’s not about re-living painful moments, but about gently easing their grip on you so you can feel lighter and more in control of your emotions. With EMDR, we might use tools like drawing, storytelling, or even some light movements, depending on what feels right for you. It’s all about working at your pace and making sure you feel safe.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just kind of tired of pretending you're fine when you're not — let’s talk. This is your space, your time, your chance to feel heard and supported.
You don’t have to have everything figured out. You just have to take the first step.
