I offer a free, no obligation 20-minute Initial Consultation either by Zoom or a telephone call, to find out what you require support with, what type of therapy you are interested in and for us both to ask questions to determine if my approach is appropriate for you.

If you wish to go ahead with therapy after the initial consultation, then we would arrange to have an assessment session. The aim of this session is to find out more about you or your child’s background and goals for therapy. This session lasts 75 minutes and is charged at £60.00

Online Psychotherapy sessions last 50 minutes for children, young people and adults and take place on Zoom. I will provide a Zoom link to the session when you book your sessions.

50 minute session is £70.

Online EMDR Therapy sessions last 60 minutes and a link will be provided to you via email for the Bilateral Base platform. You don’t have to download any software to your computer, it is a weblink only. The sessions can be extended to 90 minutes if required.

60 minute session is £90.

90 minute session is £135.

Outdoor Therapy sessions usually last for 60 minutes and the location of the outdoor space will be shared with you when you book your sessions. You will be notified of suitable clothing, footwear and other items to bring prior to the sessions. I do aim to be out in various weather conditions, but sessions will be cancelled or rescheduled when the weather conditions are severe or inappropriate. The sessions then may move online.

60 minute session is £70

90 minute session is £105.

I completely understand that life can get busy, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If possible, I’d really appreciate it if you could give me a bit of notice so I can manage my schedule and ensure the sustainability of my business.

I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. Failure to provide this notice will result in the full fee for the session still being charged. Thank you for your understanding.

Fees are invoiced each session and payable by bank transfer.
